The final installment in our very special series of pasta-making courses taught with wisdom and love by Nonna Pia (AKA Fabio’s Mamma!). Making fresh pasta together is a tradition passed down through families in Italy. This is an opportunity to learn this beloved craft and start the tradition with your own family. Classes will consist of hands-on pasta making followed by a light lunch and group discussion of pasta making traditions and sourcing seasonally. All the ingredients are provided and you will take home what you make. NOTE: This class uses a traditional recipe including dairy and gluten.
Classes are $60 per person and 50% of the proceeds will go towards helping families of the Amatrice Earthquake in 2016. The price includes ingredients, lunch and a glass of cider. Space is limited so sign up now!
