The Hudson Valley Cider Symposium returns for a second year with some of the finest small producers of Cider in the Hudson Valley.

This event will host some of the best cidermakers in the country and focus on small producers. It is an opportunity to taste, learn and share cider from across this great region.

There will be a walk around tasting in the old orchard block of Westwind where producers will pour their latest and greatest.

In addition there will be a series of lectures, talks and workshops by many cider, orchard and apple luminaries. These talks are intended for people who are excited about cider and want to learn more about the world's that surround it.

This is an outdoor event so please dress warmly and with appropriate footwear for uneven orchards. Also keep an eye on the weather.
