You can visit our farm store where you will find a range of our fresh vegetables and fruit during their harvesting seasons.
You can find our line of farm-made jams, maple syrups, vinegars, chocolates and honey, plus Westwind apparel.
We also have a range of provisions & various crafts from local vendors as well as other products that we love.

Honey: Honeybees have been a part of Westwind orchard since the very beginning. They helped resurrect this abandoned orchard and bring it back into production over the last 15 years. Bees continue to play a crucial ecological role on the farm, pollinating not just the apple blossoms but the flowers for all our crops and beyond. We respect their hard work by giving them ample places to gather pollen and nectar, and never feeding them synthetic “bee food.” When it comes time to harvest honey, we put their needs first. Taking too much honey at any one time will weaken them over the winter and cause many to die. Like everything on the farm we see them as an equal partner in our delicately balanced ecosystem. All of their honey is sold raw and 100% unprocessed.

Maple Syrup: Westwind Orchard’s “Sciroppo d’acero,” or maple syrup, is extracted from 100-year-old silver, red, and sugar maples. Made from sap collected in late winter, it’s condensed using a wood-fired evaporator before being bottled, and wax-sealed to ensure quality and freshness. It is a luxurious accoutrement for pancakes, waffles, and French toast, and is also great in savory culinary sauces, baked goods, cocktails, or tea. Our bourbon-barrel aged maple syrup has the smoke and silkiness of a fine Tennessee bourbon. The aging process gives it a distinctive, rich flavor with notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. Make sure you refrigerate after opening!

Eggs: Have you ever seen a green egg? What about a sky blue egg, or a khaki-colored egg? Our eggs are delicious because they come from heritage-breed, pasture-raised chickens. Our chickens’ eggs are beautiful because we allow the hens and roosters to intermingle and brood their own chicks, creating unique breeds that in turn lay uniquely colored eggs. Real eggs from surreal chickens. You can find them in our tasting room throughout the season.

Jam: Our collection of jams represents all the best parts of farming- fresh produce from the fields, small batches, slow cooked, and a savory reminder of summer at a time when berries aren’t ripe and tomatoes have gone from the vines. We use a minimum amount of sugar to highlight the flavors of the fruit. No preservatives, nothing artificial, just the good stuff.

Vinegar: Westwind Orchard apple cider vinegar is made from cider from our apples. Once it’s ready, we infuse it with honey or raspberries from right here on the farm. We age it in glass for four weeks before we bottle and wax seal it just for you. Splash it in a savory sauce, spice up your favorite cocktail, or take just a teaspoon for whatever ails you.

Chocolates: Craft chocolates are one of the true treasures of the food world. To this end, Westwind Orchard has collaborated with master chocolatiers, Fruition Chocolate, to create these sumptuous treats. Each season Fruition uses our chilis, apples, pumpkins and raspberries to make delicious chocolate bars. Collaborating with like-minded local businesses who share our passion for quality, craft and care reminds us how lucky we are to be part of a community of Hudson Valley craftsfolk and food lovers.
